If the purchased item is valid under our 1 year warranty cover, we shall repair the device for you. Terms and conditions applies.

You can track your order from your Account Dashboard. Click on Orders to view all your orders and their delivery status.
Our support line is open 24/7 to assist with your delivery. You can also send us an email and a response will be given instantly on the status of your order. However you can always confirm the status of your order from your Account Dashboard.
Please be informed that all items will be received or delivered via DHL for customers in Nigeria but outside Lagos varies in respect to the State. All other transactions within Lagos are handled by Sentiflex logistics team.
